Artemis by Andy Weir *Review*

*I received a eARC of this book for my honest review*

Jazz Bashara is a criminal.

Well, sort of. Life on Artemis, the first and only city on the moon, is tough if you're not a rich tourist or an eccentric billionaire. So smuggling in the occasional harmless bit of contraband barely counts, right? Not when you've got debts to pay and your job as a porter barely covers the rent.

Everything changes when Jazz sees the chance to commit the perfect crime, with a reward too lucrative to turn down. But pulling off the impossible is just the start of her problems, as she learns that she's stepped square into a conspiracy for control of Artemis itself—and that now, her only chance at survival lies in a gambit even riskier than the first.

MY THOUGHTS

I don't often read Science Fiction books. I love science fiction but mostly in television shows and movies but Artemis did sound interesting so I gave it a shot.

I did enjoy the story and characters but I admit I did found it slow a bit and because of the fact that I found parts slow, I had a hard time reading the book so it took me longer than expected to read Artemis.

I know some would like this book more than I did especially if you are more into this genre of story but I give it 3 out of 5.

You can  purchase this book online or in bookstores near you on November 14th 2017
