Yesterday was day seven and unfortunately I read just 10 pages of The Drafter . Yesterday  afternoon I didn't read because I had to go grocery shop and then my husband wanted to watch a few episodes Supernatural and since I love that show too I watched it with him.  I did end up reading  Led Astray: The Best of Kelley Armstrong .  I was planning on listening to  Down These Strange Streets while I was grocery shopping but I didn't . Today I will try and read about 100 pages of The Drafter but not sure if I will be able to because it is going to be a busy day.

Day Five was a good day.  I finished reading Dime Store Magic (only had 150 or so pages left to read) and last night I also read the last 20% of Dragonfly In Amber. I woke up at 12am and I was wide awake so I started reading a few pages of  Led Astray: The Best of Kelley Armstrong  on my Kindle. Today is grocery shopping day for me so I will have a few hours I will not be reading so I might listen to some  Down These Strange Streets while I am doing that but we will see if I actually  will because I have a hard time listening to audiobooks.   If I do have time before and after grocery shopping I will try and read some  The Drafter  (this book I have to review in early September).

Well day four didn't go so well.  I only had about 320 pages of Dime Store Magic left to read but I only read 200 pages.  At first I tried to read but I had a migraine so I just couldn't get into reading but by  afternoon I felt better so I did a bit of reading until about 4pm.  Had to make dinner and then while we were eating dinner we watched a movie so I didn't do any reading until I went to bed and then there I read about 10% of Dragonfly In Amber.   Today I want to finish reading Dime Store Magic and  then once it arrives this afternoon, I will be reading a book that I am receiving to review.

For day three I decided to read a graphic novel that I had been wanting to read for years and a manga I recently bought. I read   The Sandman, Vol. 1: Preludes and Nocturnes  and  Death Note: Black Edition, Volume 1   then I read 10% of Dragonfly In Amber (as part of a read-along) . I am happy to say that I am doing very well in my very first read-a-thon.    For day four I will try to finish reading   Dime Store Magic and I am hoping I will be able to finish this today but I know I will have it finished tomorrow.  Once I am finished reading that I will have to find something else to read because I will have finished my goal. 

Well day 2 didn't go as well as I was hoping.   I received 4 parcels delivered by 3 different companies at different times during yesterday so that kept me from reading as much as I wanted because I had to open them and take photos of everything They were all things to review on this blog and on my other blog so I had to take photos and sort them in different folders.  Also I had a few chores to do and make dinner. Yesterday I managed to read and finish  The Marriage Bargain   , I read a few pages of  The Sandman, Vol. 1: Preludes and Nocturnes  . I also read a few pages of   Dragonfly in Amber . Today I want to finish reading Sandman .  Hopefully I will not have many distractions.
